We define Grade A as being items that have no prominent flaws. We inspect each item and aim to have zero flaws within this bag, but some small flaws may be missed.

Grade B bags are filled with items that are overall high quality, but may have small blemishes. These bags may also contain a higher percentage of fast fashion brands.

How many items are in a bag?

We use 18-gallon bags which fit an average of 23 items. This depends heavily on the bulk of the items however, so if your bag contains things like jeans, jackets or sweatshirts there may be slightly less. If your bag contains more shirts, leggings, and lightweight items there may be more. Bags can range from 15-50 items. We do our best to fit as many pieces as possible.

What happens if I get items I don’t want in my bag?

These bags have a significantly cheaper price per unit and when you do your profit calculations, it would be wise to account for the occasional item that you don’t like or that doesn’t sell quickly for you. We do our best to only include great items in these bags but at the end of the day, it is a bulk mystery bag. Please consider ordering a sample bag if you are concerned about what kind of items could be included.

Are they vintage?

Slow & Steady primarily sources modern clothing, with the occasional vintage piece being thrown in. There is a large and ever growing market for thrifting modern and trending clothes, but the marketing strategy for these is slightly different.

Can I ask for specific types of clothes?

If you are interested in selling a specific type of clothing, you may want to order by item type and not by bags. This will give you more control over what your online store looks like.

Can I request certain sizes?

You will not be able to request certain sizes.
